Had a problem with our shallow well pump/motor. Was told by other well companies that I needed an entire new system. Michael came and diagnosed the problem as simply a bad capacitor and had us up and running within 20 minutes. Replaced the capacitor and water was flowing just as it always had been! Week ago called 6 other companies with we won’t be able to come out until the morning. (This was during there business hours explained the emergency to every company I spoke with .. had no water pump was toast had a funeral to be at in the morning. My mother in law had a bladder tank fail , it was spitting water for air inlet and bouncing off and on. We called and left a message. He responded within 30 minutes and was on site doing repairs within an hour. I highly recommend Mike, he plumbed up our aerator and installed a new softener, plus ran an extra water line. He was prompt and knowledgeable, always returned calls and answered any questions we had. A year and a half later I accidentally ran over the well pipe and called him at 7am crying and asking how to turn the water off cause my car was stuck on the pipe with water gushing out. He calmly told me how to shut it down and came out a little over an hour later and fixed it for me. I can’t explain how appreciative I am to Mike. We will always use him as our pump guy. My well pump went out last night and this morning I called a few places with no luck. Most are closed for the holidays. Luckily, when I googled I found The Pump Guy! My water pressure dropped super low this morning. To where it was hard to wash dishes or even take a shower. I called Mike and he was at my house within 15-30 minutes. He found the root of my problem. My water pump was bad as well as a burst pipe in my workshop. He placed a valve at the workshop so we could keep our water on until we can fix that issue later. He also replaced our water pump that was busted and wouldn’t keep pressure where it needed to be. Especially for it being a holiday weekend and such short notice his rates were very reasonable. The Pump Guy came to my home to inspect my system for me because I had low water pressure in my house and my pump switches were sticking. I was expecting to have to replace one or both of my bladder tanks and both pumps, after inspection, they were fine, just low on pressure and the switches were bad.He showed me how to check the tanks myself and he replaced my switches.He cleaned out my aerator and showed me how to maintain it as well. After inspection of my water softener, almost 20 year’s old, I just told him to replace it. He was very informative and a pleasure to work with. Mike is super personable. Super knowledgeable went out of his way to come out immediately because I had an emergency situation. So today we noticed that our water pressure was very low and upon investigation it was the connection inside the aerator that holds the pump in there had broke. Of course all of this happened after hours. I ended up calling "The Pump Guy" who is located in Callahan. I have used him before at our old property in Callahan and he does a great job and we now have water again and he also adjusted our pressure so we would have better water pressure inside the house. I called the two main well and pump companies on the west side of the county after being informed by Micheal Brandt that I needed a foot valve on my well. Mike does not have a boom truck. One company did not want to do the job due to the age of the well. The other came the next day and pulled the drop pipes (40 ft.) and replaced the foot valve. while reconnecting the pump, they broke the casing. I had an extra Myers pump in the garage but they broke it also trying to connect it. Left me with no water that night saying they would return the next morning. They called the next morning telling me that my pump could not be repaired and I need a new well. I called the Micheal Brandt who showed up in 30 minutes, and 30 minutes after that I had water. He came out first thing on Monday morning after messaging him on Sunday. He was very responsive even on the weekend! I had called another company out before finding him and they didn’t know what they were doing! He had to replace almost everything they did. They were here all day working from 10-530 and had to run to the supply store 3 times!
